You don’t usually expect bold color and geometric art when you step off a train—but that’s exactly what you’ll find now at Fullerton Train Station.
We teamed up with Pandr Design Co. to help reimagine the station’s elevated pedestrian bridge, using large-scale vinyl graphics to turn its steel towers into a statement piece. This wasn’t just a visual lift—it was a full technical challenge. The bridge’s diagonal beams, exposed frames, and multi-level layout meant every graphic had to be cut, placed, and installed with near-perfect alignment.
Working with an active train station comes with constraints: limited install windows, unusual geometry, and a tall, sun-exposed structure. Add to that the need for a clean visual read from a distance, and you’ve got a job that requires both precision and adaptability.
Pandr’s design featured color-blocked panels and layered illustrations that reflect the movement and diversity of the station’s daily life. Our team fabricated the vinyl in-house and handled the full installation across all bridge elevations—section by section, in alignment with the steel architecture.
Now the bridge doesn’t just connect platforms—it sets the tone. The artwork adds identity, movement, and color to a space used by thousands each day. For commuters, it’s a vibrant shift from what was once just gray steel. For the city, it’s a fresh layer on a familiar landmark.
When art meets infrastructure, the effect can be quietly powerful. We’re proud to have brought this transformation to life with a creative partner like Pandr, and to help make Fullerton’s historic train station just a little more unforgettable.
