Jersey Mike’s is more than just a sandwich shop — it’s a nationally loved brand built on fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a loyal customer base. With decades of history and hundreds of locations across the country, the brand knows how to build trust at first glance. When they decided to open a location in Buellton, a quiet town in northern Santa Barbara County, we were excited to help bring that recognition to life. This project continues our collaboration across more than 30 Jersey Mike’s locations throughout Southern California — and each one still gets our full attention.
Buellton isn’t exactly around the corner — it’s remote, and that makes logistics more complex than usual. But Jersey Mike’s believes in being accessible wherever the demand exists, and we share that mindset. Despite the distance, we delivered the same level of precision, consistency, and quality the brand expects from its long-term signage partner.
For this new site, we fabricated and installed two key brand elements:

While Jersey Mike’s maintains strong brand standards across its franchise system, each building presents its own challenges. This time, we were working with a metal-paneled façade. We adapted our mounting strategy to avoid damaging the surface while achieving clean, centered alignment. The brand’s red, white, and blue palette was adjusted to contrast clearly — but respectfully — against the green tones of the building.
Even before the restaurant opens its doors, the signage is already doing its job. The location now has a voice — and the brand has a visible presence in a new market. The signs say: something familiar, fresh, and reliable is coming to town.
