Pennymac’s Westlake Village office needed interior wall graphics connected to its role as the Official Mortgage Supporter of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Teams and a Proud Supporter of Team USA and the LA28 Games.
The project focused on bringing that message into the office environment through large-format wall graphics and branded wall lettering. The graphics needed to feel visible and intentional without disrupting the existing workplace layout.
Description & Challenge
The main challenge was scale and placement. One wall required a large photographic graphic with athlete imagery, brand messaging, and partner marks. The installation had to cover a wide interior surface while keeping the image clean, readable, and aligned within the surrounding architecture.
A second office wall used the phrase “Home for the Win,” tying the workplace graphics back to Pennymac’s broader campaign language around home, athletes, and personal achievement.
Because these graphics were installed inside an active office environment, the finish needed to look integrated rather than temporary. Edges, alignment, and surface preparation were important parts of the final result.
The Solution
We produced and installed interior wall graphics for the Pennymac office in Westlake Village.
The main wall graphic was digitally printed and finished with a matte laminate to reduce glare under office lighting. The graphic was installed directly to the wall surface, creating a large visual feature without adding dimensional depth or hardware.
For the office wall lettering, we installed cut wall graphics using Pennymac’s campaign colors. The layout was scaled to remain readable from across the workspace while staying clean against the white wall.
Design Considerations
The large-format graphic needed to balance photography, text, and multiple brand elements within one composition. The matte finish helped control reflection from ceiling lights and kept the image easier to read from different angles.
The “Home for the Win” graphic used color and spacing as the main visual tools. Since the wall itself was simple, the lettering had to be placed precisely to avoid feeling like an afterthought.
The overall approach was restrained. The graphics support the workplace environment and campaign message without turning the office into a promotional display.
The Impact
The finished installation gives the office a clearer connection to Pennymac’s Olympic and Paralympic partnership. The large wall graphic creates a strong focal point in the interior space, while the smaller wall lettering brings the same message into the working area.
The result is a branded environment that feels connected to Pennymac’s current campaign language while still functioning as an office.
Key Benefits
• Large-format interior wall graphic installed directly to wall surface
• Matte laminate finish to reduce glare under office lighting
• Clean integration with existing office architecture
• Campaign messaging carried across multiple interior walls
• No added hardware or dimensional structure required
• Branded workplace graphics tied to Pennymac’s Team USA and LA28 partnership
This project was less about adding signage and more about extending an existing campaign into the physical office. The graphics give the space a stronger visual identity while keeping the installation clean, flat, and appropriate for a corporate interior.
